Japanese Cut Paste is a clay which can be applied after pruning your bonsai or other trees.

Applying the Cut Paste will keep the cut area soft and protect for a year or longer.

A month to two months after applying, cracks will appear.
This is normal, and a sign that the tree is forming a callus over the cut area.

Apply the wound sealant to cut branches to assist with the healing process and minimise the risk of disease. This will help with the overall aesthetics of your bonsai. A handy addition to your tool kit.

Recommended for deciduous bonsai.
