Shipping policy
Shipping
- Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) using Australia Post or Sendle. Australia Post and Sendle's delivery standard is 2-8 days. We do not ship outside of Australia at this time.
- For your peace of mind, all Bonsai orders are packed on the same business day!
- In the case that you are wanting to exchange your item, you will be responsible for your own shipping costs when returning your item.
- Did your order arrive damaged? Please contact us via email at info@bonsaigifts.com.au. To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you are required to take a clear photo of the packaging, the shipping label and the damaged items.
- Please note all items at Bonsai Gifts Nursery are thoroughly inspected for defects before being shipped.
Local Pickup
- Orders online can also be picked up daily, from 9 am - 6 pm. A confirmation email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
Local Delivery

By typing in your address at checkout, you will be able to see if local delivery is available. The shipping method is named "local delivery". Please enter your phone number so we can text you with updates discussing about your delivery!
