Hi thank you for the bonsai I am hoping it will survive unfortunately I did not receive notification that it had arrived at the post office for a week. When I went to pick it up they had it lying on its side. When I in packed it all the stones and some of the soil had fallen out. One of the gardenia trees was fine and hopefully will be able to save the other one. Of course non of this was your fault but thought you should know how Australia post ignores written signs. I have nothing but good things to say about your company.
