Shipping and Delivery

How does shipping and delivery work?

All your orders will be shipped out of our warehouse within 1 business day. The standard timeframe for delivery is 2-8 business days. 

As soon as your order is sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us complete with a tracking number so you can follow this magical journey!

How can I track my order?

When your order ships you will receive a separate email providing you with a tracking number to track your order.

You can use this number to track your order inside the live chat icon.  

You can also log into your account and click on the order in question to see the status.

*Please note that sometimes the tracking can take a day or two to be updated by the carrier. If it looks like it's not moving, chances are it's on its way! 

Do you offer delivery?

We do! You will be able to see if local delivery is available after typing in your address. If local delivery is available, you will see it as a shipping option. Please enter your phone number and anything you would like us to know about.

How much do I pay for shipping?

You can calculate how much shipping will cost by entering your address at checkout. All prices shown on the website are the same prices in-store! And we would love to offer you free shipping, but this is the most transparent way of how much shipping will cost to your area.

What sort of bonsai trees do you stock?

That is a good question! Our favourite bonsai is juniper squamata.

We stock the following species:

Where is pickup and when can I visit?

Our nursery address is 19 Stubbin Street Belivah 4207. No appointment is required and you can drive in at any time.

What if the item I want is out of stock?

We strive to maintain our stock levels in line with demand. If one of our products is out of stock, simply enter your email address for the product that is out of stock, and you'll be notified the next time it's back in stock!

How do I buy a gift card for someone else?

Have a picky person in your life? Give them the gift of comfort with an E-Gift Card!

Something not quite right with your order? Don’t worry, our team is ready to spring into action! Please contact us to advise of the issue, and to help resolve things quickly we request you include photos so we can help identify what has happened.

How secure is your payment?

Your privacy and security is our highest priority. We use Stripe Payments which is an extremely secure and highly encrypted system designed to protect customers and also hold merchants accountable.

What payment types do you offer?

We accept the good old-fashioned methods of payment, such as credit cards (Visa/Mastercard/American Express) as well as debit cards that can be used for online transactions. If you’re a bit more tech-savvy, we offer Google Pay and Apple Pay too!

What currency is the store in?

All pricing for our Australian store is listed in Australian dollars (AUD).

Returns and Exchanges

Do you have a return policy?

We really want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If you're unhappy for any reason, please contact us at info@bonsaigifts.com.au to initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.  

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please don't worry! 

For peace of mind, we personally guarantee any breakages that occur during transit. 

In the rare case that your parcel arrives damaged, we can provide a refund or replacement. 

You will be asked to put your photography skills to the test and provide photos of your item prior to sending it back to us so we can assess the condition. To be eligible, please contact us within 48 hours upon receiving your order and provide a clear photo of the packaging, shipping label and the damaged item.
